I am SUPPPPEEERRR (Capital) O-B-S-E-S-S-E-D,  with finding quick simple ways to incorporate
a good total body toning regimen in to supplement my Zumba (Cardio) Workout. Remember that you need to balance out cardio with strength training. The cardio (of your choice) will burn the fat, but the strength training will help create muscle definition! Strength training doesnt  have to mean using heavy bulky weights. You can acheive sleek and defined muscles using your own body weight, light hand wieghts, and yoga. Check out the video above.
