I am a smoothie freak! I am super obsessed with smoothies for a number of reasons, they are easy to make and clean up, I can fit my daily fruits and veggies into one smoothie, and it makes me feel like I'm eating something sinful and indulgent. Ahhhh! Well lucky for you and me I found another smoothie recipe that I have not tried but, will try later this week. It has ingredients that I know I like so I pretty much know that its a winner. Remember of the best things about smoothies is that you can taylor it to fit your taste. i recommend trying a smoothie recipe as is, before you write it off. You never know, you make like it. You can create your own recipes, just remember keep it clean. Don't add white sugar (or sugar in the raw), the fruits will give you all the sweetness you need. but if its still not enough add a drizzle of honey. Dont add heavy creams, or whole milk, keep it clean, so you can train mean.
Here’s my coconut mango basil smoothie recipe. I personally dislike the cows milk taste, so coconut milk serves as a great substitute!

What you need:
1 cup of coco milk
1 mango, skinned and sliced
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
Juice of 1 lime
1 banana
3 basil leaves
What you do:
Blend all ingredients and enjoy :)
