Its a Guilt Free Smoothie Affair
As I have mentioned Im a lover of ALL smoothies. I try any smoothie once, if I dont like it, I tweak the recipe. I have mentioned I am vegetarian and semi- vegan, I dont drink milk. If a recipe calls for milk I replace it with soy, coconut or almond milk. Its very hard for many of us to fit in all the daily servings of fruits, veggies, and dairy, and smoothies are a perfect way to kill two birds with one stone. Just remember KEEP IT CLEAN. If you start adding a bunch of over processed ingredients, and sugar you are defeating the purpose of drinking HEALTHY smoothies. Use natures best sweeteners, honey and fruits. Raspberry Avocado Smoothie
This combo may sound a little over the top to even imagine what this smoothie must tast like. I promise if you like the taste of raspberries and avocados separately then you'll love the combo. Dont be afraid to swap ingredients, I dont like raspberries, so I use fresh or frozen cherries. Do not use the cherries in a jar or can, that adds empty calories. Keep it clean!
